I was referred to Dr. Briceno from my gastro dr for colon resection surgery. I was very pleased with Dr. Briceno. He explained everything in detail and wasn't bothered by having to repeat something, since we were all wearing mask for the covid 19 virus. He kept my husband updated about the surgery and afterwards, by phone, since he couldn't come up to the hospital. Everyone I have encounterd in the office has been super helpful and nice. Dr. Briceno is a positive and compassionate doctor. He is definitely a 5 star rating.
We really liked Dr. Briceno. He was very positive and good with my dad, who has stage 4 cancer. So five stars for the doctor! However, the staff there is so unhelpful and rude. In particular the office manager/ supervisor Michelle. She was rude and apparently did not know the procedure for precertifications and orders for tests. She needs retraining or a different occupation. A person like that does not to be working with cancer patients. Especially patients with pain who need help asap
He is an excellent Doctor. Great at what he does. He is a very caring person.
