I have been living at 25 briceland since 2012 I believe and I do not recommend this place to anybody unless you want to live somewhere where nothing gets done nobody cares how long you been here they only care about how quickly they can get someone back out of an apartment to rerent it at a higher rate my apartment has have work orders on it for over 5 years at least 5 years old they don't come and fix it they don't do anything around here it's a terrible place there is no accountability to the people that work here and I wo... read more
Building is always clean, my unit faces south, and the sun through the big window in the living room heats our place so well I don't turn the heat on much, however it roasts in the summer which is the only downside. Staff are wonderful, haven't had many complaints about the other tenants, just a few loud students.
We have been living at the property for 19 years now. The building is very well kept, cleaned and renovated. If we have any problems the RM Brad is just a phone call away. Any issue related to maintenance is attended to with attention to detail and care. They care about their tenants and keeping them satisfied - whether its keeping the heat on a little bit longer in the endless winter or ensuring the premises are clean. I would definitely recommend Skyline Living to friends, family etc.
