Horrible Horrible place to stay. Lived there for a year, had a bug infestation for a year. Would not recommend

Bentley This is the first apartment I have ever lived in and it has been far better than I imagined to live here! Management and maintenance are so responsive and helpful, and there is no monthly cat rent!
Customer Service Is Horrible The customer service is horrible, they seem to pick and choose how to react to each situation on a whim. We had several occurrences of loud noises from the neighbors on both sides, and below. Yet our neighbor below us who during waking hours SLAMS on his ceiling because our cats run around every once and awhile. We loved Bentley!! My husband and I moved to Omaha for work and didn’t know the area very well. We chose Bentley because it was one of the nicer apartments near the office that offered a ground floor unit and allowed cats. We orchestrated the entire lease from states away. When we arrived in Omaha, Hayley was an absolute delight to work with! Her and Molly were super accommodating and made everything a breeze. wonderful I have family that lives here and i love this place so much. Its wonderful yes its a little price but its wonderful and i am trying to get my mom to move to this place because its a nice place. The have a golf course view and are minutes to downtown Omaha. 2 pools, basketball court, volleyball court, and there are family and friends things to do

Burglary by Broadmoor I've experienced auto burglary on two occasions within the last three months at Bentley - one instance our rear window was shattered with contents removed. Management seems to take no responsibility for improving the security in the parking lots. This has been an ongoing problem as a prior resident told me they also experienced a similar situation. I wouldn't recommend the Bentley to anyone that values their personal property!
Simple, cozy, happy I lived here for one year with a roommate (we are both early twenties females). For the price I was really impressed for how well run these apartments are. From day one the office staff new me by name and always greeted me with a smile and a hello when I went to pick up mail. If there was every a maintenance issue (I think we only had two) I never had to wait more than a few hours for it to be fixed.
