Great team !! The office ladies and the maintenance guys are always very friendly and helpful !!! Quick responses and services, Such a great team they are !! I like the roomy layout of the apartment also : ) I really enjoy being here !!!
A great place to live A beautiful place to live! All the staff are wonderful & Maintenance staff always there when needed. It's a safe and secure place to live! I've been living here for 4 years now and it's been the best place to live in South Omaha.
Best place to live Highly recommend willow park Apartments! They have the best management team & highly trained maintenance department! I wouldn’t rent anywhere else!
Ok for the right person Great if you have a dog. The breeze way entrances are great if you are a dog person. The upkeep of the apartments is midgrade at best. However, the staff is very responsive and very helpful.
Good quality & affordable My husband and I have lived in this apartment for 4 years. Mostly young couples and families. Significantly more affordable than many other apartments with the same amenities. Convenient location. Very responsive staff. Neighbors can be a little loud and are allowed to smoke outside, so this may be an issue depending on your preferences and the specific unit you live in, but other than that, I don’t have a lot of complaints!

Stack fees They collected and stacked fees instead of presenting them when they accrue which makes payment unmanageable.
Bentley Apt. Review Bentley is the best place I've ever lived. I've been here over 10 yrs. The staff is excellent and the property is well maintained. Any issues are resolved quickly. I highly recommend this complex.

Wonderful place to call home! We have lived her over a year and even upgraded to a bigger apartment because we love it here! Everyone from the office to maintenance are kind and caring! We have fun here!! We love the pool and basketball court! We love being so close to downtown and so much to do without spending and money!
Great access, great amenities, superb team These apartments are located very close to many attraction points. There lots of great amenities onsite from gym and swimming pools to big-screen movie room and a doggie park. And the Maintenance and Office support teams are the best with quick responses to any issues, and organizing community events to feel more like in a great neighborhood. The only downside appears to be road noise from nearby highway. Otherwise, it's a great choice for an apartment living!
