Briarwood is such a beautiful place to live! The grounds and common areas are well kept and clean. Maintenance is super fast. Nate is amazing and has helped me in so many ways. Every single apartment has a washer and dryer in the closet. There is not a better rate in Cedar Rapids for what we have. And of course, Danita is amazing 👏
I can not speak better about the maintenance at Briarwood. Always on top of it. I recently submitted a maintenance request for my toilet float no longer working properly and within 30 mins he showed up with the new parts and fixed it! Amazing!
This place has been great, maintenance is always very efficient. Nate has been so helpful with every need. Its a convenient location and the amenities are fantastic. Everyone has always been kind, I would definitely recommend for others. Not many issues in almost 2 years.
