I'm gonna start charging rent for all the time I have to babysit maintenance in dump apartment. Every time I turn around something is falling apart. I know when you put plumbing fixtures and pipe together you should you waterproof sealant to keep leaks from sprouting in system. Black mold is not something you want running on baseboards. Absolute worst apartment complex I have ever moved into. First apartment they moved me into was disgusting and smelt like an ash tray moved me to another apartment they had to replace the carpet in the first apartment. Now in the second apartment I have not had AC for a week and a half and the incompetent staff at this facility keep sending the maintenance people over who only show up every other day to try and fix it instead of an actual AC company. Terrible place to stay try and find anywhere else if you can.
The new property managers Jennifer and Ron are caring and are quick to solve problems that arise. My apartment had a water leak and damaged some of the roof in the bathroom and caused a mess. Got ahold of management and maintenance and informed them of my issue they told me someone will be there right away so i went to work and when i came back i was really happy on how good maintenance did on fixing the issue and cleaning up the mess. Jennifer and Ron were amazing in getting me and my family moved in as quickly as possible! They have been great in handling any issues that come up! Love that we picked this apartment to live at with our family!
