This is the worse place to rent from. Between the management who changes as often as we have seasons, roach infested and fly infested breezeways and they come into your home when opening the door, mold filled nasty apartments with maintenance who barely can fix it, I’ve had a leaky window since I moved in it floods my bedroom carpet when raining it rains in the window down the wall and inside it I’ve even given multiple 14 day notices with only two attempts at resolution and it’s been over 30 days since turning them in. Very run down, they dont pay contractor's so no one will work on anything, A/Cs barely work, the people running the office now are just awful and incompetent

I'm gonna start charging rent for all the time I have to babysit maintenance in dump apartment. Every time I turn around something is falling apart. I know when you put plumbing fixtures and pipe together you should you waterproof sealant to keep leaks from sprouting in system. Black mold is not something you want running on baseboards.
