Absolutely horrible. Easy to get in but have a TERRIBLE cockroach infestation. I mean crawling out of outlets and air vents bad. I want to speak with someone other than Kelly, who can’t even seem to answer me when I’m trying to get in touch with her.
I worked with Kelly all through my move in and she was absolutely amazing. I needed to move quickly and she made sure something was available. When moving in I had a little mis hap and she immediately worked with me to fix it. I would say that she went above and beyond to make sure that I would have a comfortable home to live in.
Kelly is super nice and really helpful!
Kelly and Misty in the leasing office were very accommodating. My wife and I are moving all the way from Michigan. They went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly for us. I would definitely recommend leasing with Briarwood. They have made our transition so much easier.
Misty and Kelly were great! Easy and fast application process. They are very easy to work with and answered all of our questions. We were moving from another state and we were able to complete everything online and they had everything ready to go in under a week. Highly recommend!
