RecommendedThe pool was always open on time (Memorial Day weekend) for the 5 years we lived there (2010-2015), which is the best streak any apartment complex I've lived in that has a pool has ever had. I currently live in a similar style complex in Rhode Island but they DO NOT compare to Briarwick in terms of property care and staff friendliness. If we could, we would have stayed. Unfortunately, my sister graduated from college and our apartment was not big enough.
The rent goes up every year. They don't care about what people think about it saying "It's a business". Units are outdated and the exteriors are kept in poor repair. The appliances are old and not energy efficient. They do have the possibility of being really nice places if they would only update them. The rent might then be appropriate.
I lived at Briarwick for 14 years.I'm moving to b closer to my son.I will miss it here very much Craig and Joy in office are awesome and maintaince are always there if u need them.I truly will miss it here.
lovely place! 5 Stars! I have lived there for 2 years. Very nice and family friendly place to live. quiet enough and my boys did enjoyed the big green yards playing soccer. Very reasonable maintenance; when I was signing the contract I told Greg that reading the reviews made me worry about the maintenance here, he said don't worry and you are gonna write a good one afterward and here I'm writing! I have lived Briarwick for 2 1/2 years. The maintenance staff always fixes things when I ask. It is very quiet there and my apartment is well heated.
Nice apartments. Rent keeps going up all the time though. If this trend continues people will get fed up and move out.
Nothing is fixed basement has a big water leak carpet comes up they do nothing about it there's no lights outside somebody trips and falls they have no respect or care and ask if they're OK just horrible horrible place to live
