My new puppy Daisy and I had a wonderful experience on our first visit to Briarlake. Dr. Nichols and the staff made us both feel comfortable. Daisy was so calm and didn’t seem stressed at all. I very much appreciated the time Dr. Nichols took to answer all my questions. I feel like Daisy is in wonderful hands for all her future medical care!
Thank you Briarlake for taking care of my dog Letty all the way to the very end. She an anxious fur but she really loved her vet visits because of the extra care you provide to anxious babies like her.
After a chronic UTI and a bit of a concern of the treatment plan, we switch both our pups to Briarlake. From the first visit, we felt our pups health was in great hands and that our concerns/questions have been answered very thoroughly. The front staff, assistants and vets we’ve met are all super friendly and the pups love them. 😊
We’ve been taking our 4 pets to Briarlake since 2021 and couldn’t recommend this practice enough. The quality of care that is received here can’t be beat. I am especially grateful for Dr. Hochel who, after delivering some challenging news during a particularly tense time in my life, handled my sadness with the utmost level of grace and compassion. She is truly one of the kindest humans out there and all of her Briarlake patients are in incredibly good hands.
