Hands down to Jimira! She is very responsive, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful to all our concerns. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a smooth and hassle-free rental experience. Briarhill Apartments’ location is great and the community itself has a welcome living environment 😊
The apartment itself is fine but you can find better. The lack of visitor parking has caused several guests to be booted and management is unresponsive to any complaints that have been brought up. There are frequently no open visitors spots despite plenty of available spaces in the lot, so this would be an easy fix if management cared to address it. Because of the burden this places on guests and the lack of care from management, we will be looking to move somewhere better at the end of the lease.
I had a tough time reaching out to the community since I am out of state, but Brandon went above and beyond to make it up to me. He helped me decide on an apartment based off my needs and took the time to cover everything with me despite being understaffed. I’m very grateful for his help and looking forward to moving in soon.
I am writing on behalf of my husband, an active duty military pilot in the United States Air Force, to formally raise concerns regarding a series of incidents during his recent visit to Briarhill Apartments. During his stay this past weekend, he was unable to secure one of the 25(in a community of over a thousand residents) a designated visitor parking space and was compelled to park adjacent to a visitor slot. Jimira and Darlene are true rays of sunshine. They never frown or get upset when I voice a concern. They validate my thoughts and are quick to ensure my concerns are promptly addressed. Also, the resident events always brighten my day especially with me working and going to school full-time. I’ve been here since 2022 and they’ve only made improvements since then. Thanks you two!!
