Moving is such an ordeal but the staff at Briarhill took A LOT of stress out of the experience. Brandon & Jadon were super helpful and broke everything down to my husband & I so there was full transparency. We felt very welcomed and heard which is rare nowadays. My neighbor's have all been pleasant and finally we're somewhere where it's quiet It's definitely worth a look. Also we had a minor maintenance issue that was addressed in 24 hrs. A honest review of my experience here for the past year! When I first moved in, my experience was far from great. I had a few frustrations and didn't feel like my concerns were being heard. However, since Brandon, the new property manager, took over, things have completely changed. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the atmosphere and the way the complex is run. I’ve been living in my apartment for about eight months now, and overall my experience has continued to get better over time. Maintenance has definitely improved, and response times are much quicker than when I first moved in, which I really appreciate. Brandon, the property manager, has been absolutely exceptional. Brandon Caldwell is a liar and scammer. He literally lived in the apartment before I did and damaged it so bad he wants to charge me for the damages he did even though I documented all the damages at move in and they were never fully repaired. He threaten me multiple times about my review I left requesting it be taken down. He has stolen my security deposit based on lies in attempt to get me back for my honest review of this horrific apartment complex. These people are horrible individuals.
