I rarely leave negative reviews, but prospective tenants deserve to know my experience. I submitted a maintenance request on May 28 for a cabinet door that fell off and an oven broiler door that would not close properly. After hearing nothing, I followed up with maintenance on June 4 because the work order had still not been addressed. On June 12, I received a notification stating the work order had been completed. Visiting my friend for her birthday and my car got booted. Maybe have more visitor parking spots? Circled the parking lot for 30 minutes trying to find a visitor spot all of them were taken. Parked right next to visitor and was booted within hours. Nowhere near enough visitor spots in this complex.
Jadon , Brandon and the maintenance men are amazing . They are all so attentive, couldn’t ask for a better team
