Apparently people can have tons of people in a driveway at a garage party all night long with no consequence, (because according to the after hours officer, they've done this before) making all sorts of noise until 4:30 am and parking blocking people's driveways. The after hours officer is also completely useless
The office people are friendly and responsive. All of our repair requests are handled quickly and within days of the request being made. It is best to rent a parking spot here, which is an additional fee; however, we have found the rent to be a bit cheaper than other properties in the areas that we would choose to live in.
I stopped in today at 4pm. They usually stop showing apartments at 4:30. Raquel greeted me so warmly and in no way seemed annoyed that I was there. She showed me two apartments, she wrote all the details for me on one of their apartment brochures and even offered me something to drink when I arrived and before I left. Raquel followed up with an email with the online application and a thorough explanation of what we discussed once again. We've been here for about 18 months and intend to stay indefinitely. This is an affordable, comfortable complex, but be realistic that it's a mid-range apartment and there are a few downsides. Important pros of this complex: - No sign of pests - No actual property crime has occurred, to my knowledge - Constant landscaping improvements - Friendly leasing office - Wonderful pool area - Responsive to maintaince and other requests as needed - Our rent *did not* go up even $1 when we renewed - Our unit has excellent details inclu... read more
Such a wonderful community! My girlfriend lived here and always felt completely safe, which meant a lot to both of us. Bailey, the manager, is absolutely amazing — so kind, helpful, and truly cares about the residents. Every staff member we met was just as friendly and welcoming. The place is clean, well-kept, and feels like home. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!
