Negative stars would be given if possible. The office lied and messed up then just blamed a "new person" and refused to uphold their end of things, forcing me to stay in my apt an extra six months or have to pay to break my lease. It is entirely the fault of the company, train people better or fix your mistakes if you can't provide proper training. We should not set up tours if the units are not available. If there is an application in process that unit should be taken off the market. Don’t waste people’s time. I see why ratings are soo low here. Let me respond to your response. First of all, I have NEVER toured your apartments. You have me confused with someone else. I wasn’t a walk in either. I called and made an appointment to tour. How about we collect the correct information prior to responding because your “records” are seriously incorrect.

From the start it was a mess up.. moved in sink was filled with piping debris or something. It and they didn't clean that up before my . Refrigerator leaving puddles on the kitchen floor. AC was not cooling my apartment. does not work in the primary bedroom and it's a one bedroom apartment. The window literally had stained condensation as to where you can't see out the window.
