From the start it was a mess up.. moved in sink was filled with piping debris or something. It and they didn't clean that up before my . Refrigerator leaving puddles on the kitchen floor. AC was not cooling my apartment. does not work in the primary bedroom and it's a one bedroom apartment. The window literally had stained condensation as to where you can't see out the window. I’ve lived at this property since 2022, and overall it has been a good place to stay. The property itself is well kept, I’ve felt safe here, and I haven’t had any major issues during my time as a resident. That’s important to me, especially as a parent. I do want to specifically recognize Raquel in the front office. She has been consistently amazing since 2022. At first I loved living here but I started to notice some rough looking people around the property not sure why, I guess they probably lowered the rental criteria, which allows a larger contingent of people to move in. They also tried to over-charge me after move-out, so be careful you check the move out paperwork carefully, as mistakes can and was made when I moved out. Other than that I guess it it's a ok property to rent from.
Apparently people can have tons of people in a driveway at a garage party all night long with no consequence, (because according to the after hours officer, they've done this before) making all sorts of noise until 4:30 am and parking blocking people's driveways. The after hours officer is also completely useless
