This place has gone down hill just in the last year, it's loud, smells like weed constantly, unruly kids outside, and parking is horrendous, tons of cars allowed to park here with no tenant sticker all day!!! It's giving section 8. Nothing is ever enforced!!! Just a bunch of emails sent with threats but no follow through. Neighbors are rude and inconsiderate, the noise is unbelievable every night!!!
My experience living here has not been the most pleasant this time around. From carpet not being cleaned or actually should have been replaced, to screws missing in light cover plates, to kitchen sink faucet spraying water everywhere upon move-in, to needing new cabinets in the kitchen (and not being told about it before move-in and only a month after move-in when there was an appointment made to go in to replace them without my knowledge), to the apartment not being cleaned prior to move-in (drawers had food in them, hair, ... read more
I am currently deployed overseas and had to do my Application process remote/virtual, my cousin was also allowed to do a FaceTime tour of the apartment for me. The staff has been very understanding, patient and helpful with this process, in my absence -there were even welcoming items throughout the apartment. As a service member I am indeed thankful. Lived here for almost 7 years and I will say they definitely are worth the price. I’ve honestly never had any problems here besides like the other reviews says, the parking is terrible and if you find yourself getting home at a certain time parking is hard to find. The bathrooms don’t have air vents either but other than that I would recommend. One of the main reasons I left though is because towards the end of my stay it seems like anybody can move in.
