I love my doctor but the front desk staff are often a little short over the phone and in person. I showed up at 10:02 for an appt at 10 and was told that I'd have to reschedule because check in was earlier. Well let me tell you how often patients wait far more than 2 minutes to be seen on time here. What a joke.
