My experience with the leasing agent wasn't pleasant at all. She rushed through everything and showed lack of interest in answering questions in regards to current reviews. I hadn't had time enough to complete a question before she said bye.
Model they show is great. Actual apartment you get is no where near it. Buildings are old, and most "fixes" are just patch jobs which takes a couple weeks and more than one call to get fixed. Got tired of their exterminator not doing anything for the ants living in the walls and bought my own stuff to get rid of them. When first moved in, the agent hid the discrepancy form for the things wrong with the apartment and had us sign it instead of giving us a week for it.
