For what they charged a month they sure do have a lot of roaches yuck lol in im not sure if they do a proper background check on people because every night i come home from work there is a couple of folks always dealing & selling inside the pool area or by the mail room a few guys that lives in the 200 asked me if i wanted to buy some molly(worst then crack) im glad me & girlfriend moving out this dump next month I highly wouldn't recommend anyone to live here they show off showing you the model rooms like its perfect then w... read more
It is a good place to live
The other tenants are always in your business & the management will kick you out just for having company come over too often. They physically threatened me & swore at me.
Briarcrest Apartments is a wonderful community ... it is in a convenient location, quite, and has a prompt and professional staff.
The staff was very nice. Cabinets are out dated and falling apart. The rent was entirely too high.
