RecommendedThe staff is super attentive and if a problem arises it’s fixed within 24 hours. I love that it’s a smaller community so the staff knows everyone and you see the same faces all the time.Let me also mention how retreat like the pool area is! Hosted a Christmas party in the club house and it turned out perfect

Literally been living in hell for months with the loudest, rudest neighbors. Called security multiple times, attempted to talk to office. No one cares about it. Waking my toddler up at 1am with blaring music.
I am a relatively new tenant to the Arbors at Carrollwood community (undergoing my 1st 15 month lease). Since my move-in almost every maintenance request or contact made with the leasing office has been addressed in a professional and timely manner. I cant give a zero or i would. Don't move here. Severe black mold in units, health issues from it. They don't fix anything and try to blame you for mold. The dryers don't heat up good & washers leak. Dishwashers aren't properly attached inside cabinets. Old buildings and way over priced. Im contacting a certified mold inspector, health dept, and my attorney. Lakeside is a nightmare!!! The staff are rude and charge around $200 to $275 extra for water, sewer and valet trash that's paid to them along with rent. So for a two bed... read more
Love the people in the office great people working out side 6 years and counting ok 5 and a half
the management is terrible wife and just moved in. we asked the management for help for three day with an issue we were having they were reluctant to help and made it seem like we were a huge bother of their time. don't live here .
Worst place to move. Just moved in on july and cant wait to leave. They have insect problems with ants and the staff very wishy washy they tell you one thing then do another. The general manager is unhelpful and they dont care about . Once theyve moved you in your just a money bag to them.
