This hoa is a joke they are horrible security is horrible they tow cars everyday I think is that they are so broke they have to make revenue somehow so I think they work together with the tow companies to make some extra money Further more this HOA is very very agressieve avoid at all cost

There is a lot of complaining and reporting among tenants, so be prepared. Furthermore, in the summer—being so close to the LA Wash—the mosquito problem is extreme. You can’t even sit outside for a minute without getting bitten. It’s a constant issue.

Security is a joke. They have cars towed without reasonable reasons. They don’t provide 3 quotes when researching vendors. Use family and friends for projects around the property. Manager Don is very unprofessional and is not in the office during his posted office hours.
