Not clean or well taken care of.
I currently live there and maintenance doesn’t take care of anything. They will say they completed your work order when they never did. There is broken glass all over and my dog stepped on it and ripped her foot pad off. I called over 10 times to get it cleaned up in the 5 months I’ve lived here and nothing has been done. The pool is “broken” for the summer and when we moved in the pool was disgusting the bottom was brown and hair was all over it and wrapped around the steps but we’re still paying full price for the rent.
