I’m disappointed in Briarcliff. We had minimal issues while living there, but this experience made it very clear where Briarcliff stands with its renters. After turning in our keys recently, we were later notified of a large carpet replacement charge. The explanation given was that alleged pet urine stains had been identified using a blacklight. Tldr: Do Not Recommend, Shady Practices, Do Not Move Here. More information below. We lived at Briarcliff for about three years and, for the most part, didn’t run into major problems during our lease. We paid on time, followed the rules, and left the apartment in what we believed was good condition. I've been living at Briarcliff Manor for four years, first in a 2 Bedroom apartment and most recently moving into a 2 Bedroom townhouse. I love it here! Missy and the maintenance staff are quick to respond to any issues that may arise and handle them thoroughly and professionally. Additionally, they are friendly and caring. The buildings and property are well-maintained and clean. I've had no issues with any of the neighbors or others living in the complex. I have lived here for over two years, and it has been wonderful! Everyone is super friendly, Including Missy down at the leasing office! She is absolutely great! And very attentive leaving Briarcliff always on top of any issues that you may have! There’s a lot of parking which was a big deal for me! Great place to stay!!
