Front office is always there if you ever need them and maintenance is always available! It’s a great place to be !
I’m disappointed in Briarcliff. We had minimal issues while living there, but this experience made it very clear where Briarcliff stands with its renters. After turning in our keys recently, we were later notified of a large carpet replacement charge. The explanation given was that alleged pet urine stains had been identified using a blacklight. Tldr: Do Not Recommend, Shady Practices, Do Not Move Here. More information below. We lived at Briarcliff for about three years and, for the most part, didn’t run into major problems during our lease. We paid on time, followed the rules, and left the apartment in what we believed was good condition. I've been living at Briarcliff Manor for four years, first in a 2 Bedroom apartment and most recently moving into a 2 Bedroom townhouse. I love it here! Missy and the maintenance staff are quick to respond to any issues that may arise and handle them thoroughly and professionally. Additionally, they are friendly and caring.
