Did this provider answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Was this provider's staff friendly? No, they were rude Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it

Not satisfied, but not unhappy Was this provider's office easy to locate? Only with clear directions Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. It was so nice to... read more

Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions
