I am disappointed in this veterinary clinic. If your pet needs dental work, my recommendation would be to go elsewhere. Recently I took my 6-year-old Chihuahua to a different emergency veterinary clinic because I was concerned that he was experiencing tooth pain. RecommendedBriarcliff has been my vet for the last 12 years. My pup and I have seen pretty much all of the doctors and the entire staff to include techs and front office are nothing short of awesome!
Since moving I was looking for a good place to bring my kitties and I found it! They are amazing!!!
We would like to thank Dr Willey and her colleagues for the last 48 hours of care they’ve given my cat. After rushing him in urgently I was put at ease by Dr Willeys care plan and efficiency. Her colleagues looking after him while she was away also made me feel at ease with his care. Also, a shout out to the staff that looked after him at night, took my calls, and made sure all of my questions were answered. I now have a very happy kitty home and healthy again!
I have to recommend Briarcliff Animal Clinic. My first time there was a little over a month ago (I think) after I searched the area for an exotic animal vet to do a beak/nail trim and check up on my Russian tortoise, Liam. Today was my second time there and first experience there for a (minor!) emergency. Both of my fur babies receive the best care when they go to the vet. Dr. Turner, Dr. Rachel, and the ENTIRE staff go above and beyond to put both you and your pets at ease.
I love the staff and vets here! They always offer to help you out the door. I also found out today that Dr. Fowler sees chickens for those of you who keep chickens - avian vets are hard to find! I also want to add that for any emergencies this is the place you want to go. I had a kitten squished by a car garage door : ( 2 years ago. I was devastated and thought she was a goner.
