Good staff. Prices aren’t the most affordable for vaccines and medication but the care your dog gets is too notch. I have no qualms about paying a little more to get good care.

The staff is friendly and took good care of my furr baby.
Dr. Williams, Dr. Reid, and the entire team were wonderful with our 10.5 year old baby girl, Sugarbear, (and her frightened parents!), when she needed an emergency spay after becoming very ill. They were kind, professional, very patient, and very skilled, and we would never take Bear anywhere else. Bear is healthy and ready to run again (or continue to nap constantly) thanks to this wonderful team! Thank you!!!

The last strike was when Briarcliff Animal Clinic called me to ask how my pet was doing 24 hours after they euthanized her. Communication, setting proper expectations around when treatment is occurring, callbacks, and general note taking is abysmal at Briarcliff Animal Clinic. I spent ~$5,000 treating my pet over the course of 4 days with the understanding that my pet would be in great care. Hello BriarCliff team. I want to reach out and give you an update on Fiona. She's the brindle boxer/mastiff mix I adopted in 2006 from your facility - probably your most beautiful animal (I could be bias). I tried emailing but for some reason I couldn't get that to work (maybe user error but, everyone is on "the facebook").
