The rent has been increased where we are past the $600 per month for the “privilege “of taking care of THEIR lot! And now the best part is if you don’t do it to their liking they fine you! No amenities at all. Most residents are on a fixed income and definitely don’t need this additional angst. The people who work in the office are awesome and I can only imagine the calls they have to answer concerning this.
There are NO AMENITIES! Unless you feel having garbage picked up and septic system maintained. Recycling is done by the town. We pay a lot of money to maintain their property and get fined when it isn’t done. Regardless if there is a health issue to the property owner. They have 3 workers in the maintenance lot. It would be great to see them reach out to help the less fortunate.
