I am a resident at Broad Park apartment. I’ve been here. I thought 10 years. What is going on 12 years I have not had no blinds and my patio window. I have not had no blinds in my master bedroom or in my living room since I moved in this apartment. The manager now told me I have to pay $25 for each blind, even though I had not had no blinds putting in my apartment that manager now she is no good. ady up front acts like she had a stick up her butt, roaches everywhere, homeless roaming around, 1 light away from groups of homeless & drug addcits hang out, landscaping is horrible pool is either always filthy or closed
Clean and very quiet secure area
Iris is very helpful and she's very friendly and always ready to assist us when she can, she's made moving into Briar feel very great! Manny is also very helpful and I appreciate that he really looks into any maintenance issues we have!
I must say Briar Park Apartments has done a lot of improvements since we moved there. The new management Iris and Manny ( maintenance) has really been helpful. They will work with you on your own schedule and help you any kind of way within there reach. So come check out the area you want be disappointed very spacious
