I’ve been here a year now & I have no complaints. My AC went out and they fixed it immediately. The few times I called the office I was able to speak to someone. I DO NOT have mold or roaches and my building is quiet. I love that they always have the landscapers out every week so the property actually looks nice and kept up. Nobody hanging out in the breezeway or doing the most. It’s just comfortable here.

If I could I would give this place ZERO stars. Avoid moving to this complex at all costs. While it used to be a great place to live, it's no longer worth the price they're asking for. The amenities and overall level of care have gone down significantly, making it a terrible value. The gate is never closed, so the key is purely decorative, and the trash compactor regularly overflows.
