Brian came out with a smile on his face and was very polite. I explained what I wanted and it was a tricky removal, being so tall and right in-between the neighbors and my own home. I was pretty concerned and Brian explained step by step how he would perform such a difficult tree removal. I had alot more confidence and understanding of the whole operation by the time he was done.
