I didn't want a steak for lunch, wanted something easier to chew. Went with the hamburger steak which was a easy chew. Remarkable! It was a steak with gravy & onions! Next time I will do gravy on the side or at least none on the potatoes. Portions are outrageous! The broccoli/cauliflower salad was wonderful!
