They make you think they’re working with you to make a deal...in the end, they’re out to make money and they don’t care what it takes to get you to sign the papers. They rape you like any other dealer would.
Customer service is awful. Lots of trouble when I first bought a motorcycle from them. And continued trouble trying to schedule service. Take your bike somewhere else
