Rich was awesome today. He stopped to ask my sister and I questions about our visit. Super helpful and showed us the used bike selection. He made the trip today worth it.
We bought a bike there 2 weeks ago. I spent over 150.00 in clothing afterward, not even a lousy 10% discount. Total white glove service while buying the bike. After adding 1500.00 in extras to the bike, we picked it up Sat. Totally different service level. It was like Eddie our sales guy barely knew who we were. Eddie the sales guy said that he would let us know when new owner bike night was.
