Front desk lady was not nice nor helpful Made me feel like i was dumb On other hand… MY DOCTOR WAS GREAT!!
I met with Dr. Navetta-Modrov for the first time today. She asked questions I answered them. I asked questions she answered them. I felt heard. I know she understood my concerns and will find the cause of my allergy . I was worried and she put me at ease. Thank you Dr. Navetta-Modrov.
Dr. Navetta was fabulous! She listened to me well, was patient, and asked all the right questions to guide me through my extensive history.
Doctor Navetta-Mondrov is an exceptional doctor/person. Her bedside manners are amazing. Her whole team is as well from the front desk, to the nurses and sometimes a learning student. I have an EXTREMELY complex case, I am lucky to also work in the medical field so I can understand a lot of the terminology, however she speaks to you at whatever level you can understand and takes the time to reexplain anything that you didn’t grasp.
