Wish I could give 0 stars. The literal worst ever, will not even give me information to pay her, DO NOT GO TO THIS WOMEN SHE IS AN INSULT TO THE PSYCHOLOGY PROFESSION!!!!!!!!!!!! Left me without medication multiple times, with no remorse, care or response. Hate to say it but she's a total horrible person to the point where I had to find a way to tell people. (We will need to start a support group for anyone unlucky enough to have been in this women's presence)
I highly do not recommend her. She isn’t in the right fit field of work, she does not belong in any form of mental health. She will do more harm to you mentally. I’ve read the other reviews and I’ll leave it simply put that they are SPOT ON! I’ve had a if not even worse experience with her. I DO NOT like writing reviews, especially writing a bad review about this company's service. In the way I was treated, the company only cared about the money and not my well-being. I pleaded with her (company) to refund me my money because I should NOT have to pay a copay because I am an ESSENTIAL WORKER. She charged me fees that were covered by my insurance. Ms. Brianna Morrison NP is a wonderful therapist. She has aided in turning my daughters life around in terms of suicide. I could not ask for a more awesome therapist and black woman. I found some of the other reviews disturbing and unfounded, paperwork is necessary pertaining to medical needs. Cancellation fees of appointments involving psychiatry and lack of notice is understandable, that’s valuable time and space that can be dedicated to another patient in need. Most unprofessional healthcare experience I have ever had and I'm a black woman so that says a lot. As a former healthcare professional, I have never seen a practitioner who lacks empathy and professionalism to the degree NP Morrison recently exhibited when I tried to arrange a consult with her. Twice she canceled (once she honestly seemed to forget) my appointments with little to no notice, citing unfounded claims that I did not complete all the necessary paperwork.
