Appointment scheduling at Zel is a total joke. If you want to clear your schedule, make the trip in and then have them tell you that there is no appointment...go here. I have had my appointment times screwed up so many times it is crazy. Well, this last appointment screw up was their final shot. I gave them the chance to make it right and they could not fit me in after i cleared my entire schedule. I spent over 20 min on hold waiting to hear back and eventually just hung up. Over it. I will find a more reputable place to go.
