Dr. Yamada is very easy to talk to & doesn't rush in and rush out of the examination room. He takes his time and explains everything thoroughly. Best of all... he's a very nice man. Too many specialists are abrupt and give off bad vibes the moment they walk through that door. Dr. Yamada doesn't behave like that. I highly recommend him if you need to see a urologist.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. You feel "at ease" with him; not the least bit uncomfortable. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
