I have been knowing Brian West for years. He has done excellent work for me. He created a gold ring out of my broken and tangled necklace years back. I still love the ring to do this day. Thanks Brian for all you do!
I have never had a worse experience at ANY business establishment. Avoid Brian West Jewelers like the plague. In Sept 2011 I took an omega necklace in to be repaired because it had a small kink in the chain, barely noticeable but I could tell it was there. They told me it would be no problem to fix it. I kept calling and calling and about a couple weeks later I went in and that is when they told me they tried to force it and broke it. They assured me they would repair it though. Stinks, I mean reeks of stale cigarette the minute you open the door. That should have been my first clue to turn around and walk away.Jewelry repairs never ready when they say they will be. Over priced too. Owner reminds me of a used car salesman. Lie, cheat and steal is all that this business will do for you. Beware.
never ever do business with these people...they never have things ready when they say...one person will tell u one thing and another will tell u another lie..and they will cheat u out of ur money...
