Brian Walsh has brush cleared the vacant lot for 10 years. received a notice from fire dept 5 times for brush clearance being incomplete. Brian went back 5 times and did it again to fire dept satisfaction. Brian Walsh raised the price 30% in one year and then another 30% the following year. I questioned the practice and on the spot he told me to go find someone else
I contacted Brian Walsh Brush clearance to clear the brush on a property that was in violation with LAFD for non-compliance of the brush clearance ordinance. I spoke with Marsha who confirmed that they were available to do the job which required immediate start date within a few days. Brian Walsh even agreed that he could start this job on the following Sunday.
