Recommended2011 Camaro with only 18,000 miles was great but decided to give the engine a make over!!!! BTR was my choice for parts and cam. Never had any trouble trying to get someone by phone to answer questions. Tell them what you wanting to do and they will help with the parts list!!! Placed an order and charged for overnight delivery. I was provided with a tracking number for someone else’s order that had already been delivered to another state. Called a day later to learn that my items had not actually shipped. When mistake was identified I was informed that they would go out that day via overnight. When items finally shipped they went ground. When I called back and voiced my concern it was blamed on a computer outage and not their fault. Well this will be my first time ordering from Brian Tooley and will be the last I called and a sales rep answer the phone without giving his name very rudely I asked him if he could help me out with Cam he told me to email them. so I told him you cannot help me with the cam so fortunately I gave him a specs and we agreed on One cam I gave my information and he told me that he could not ship to California due some rule that I never heard it's just a Cam Kit it's not like exhaust or intake this will be the last time I recall B... read more
