I am so happy I chose Dr. Toolan for my upcoming surgery! He is so kind and explained everything to me which took the fear away.
Dr. Toolan was knowledgeable, attentive, and listened to what my experience with my injury has been. He gave me new insight on why my injury’s recovery has been lengthy and gave me solutions for a more successful recovery, since surgery is not needed.
Poor bedside manner and doesn’t think about the patient in the entirety. What I mean by this is he doesn’t consider the patients age, prior restrictions, lifestyle, housing situation or anything.
