Dr Brain Ticoll has been my doctor for 22 years. Over the years, he has been treating me. I really love the fact that he knows me well, places me on accommodations at work rather than pushing more drugs and monitors the side effects. His treatment and medical plan have really helped me be able to integrate in society, be able to work and be able to take care of my family. He is an amazing doctor..

I was Dr. Ticoll patient for 10+ years. Didn’t find him to be compassionate or a good listener. Always pushing medication & not really assessing why I was feeling like I was. Also, relied on hospitalized approach. Finally had to advocate for myself & convince him to refer me to a in house 2 month treatment centre. He reluctantly did. After that, I found a new psychiatrist I was happy with. Cant give my recommendation for future patients

Terrible Doctor, very rude. Constantly speaking over you or cutting you off. No bedside manner and no compassion. Patient's overall well-being not the focus. Very disappointed.
