I went to Aspen Dental upon my relocation to Buffalo. Aspen wanted to fleece me of about $8,000 worth of work all at once. I went to Dr. Zunner's office, got a great cleaning, and they said I needed about $500, not $8,000. His office staff are great, detail oriented, and wonderful to have work on my teeth. They will meet with you for emergenices whenever on the drop of a hat!
Dr Zunner is not my regular dentist but graciously saw me on short notice for a cleaning last year before I went out of town. He was recommended to me by a friend. There was absolutely no pain or discomfort involved. My visit was affordable and i did not submit an insurance claim. The facilities were very clean and relaxing. Dr. Zunner's staff was friendly and talketive. I did not mind waiting to be seen as I was offered some coffee and a ookie. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Zunner to anyone.
To me, Dr. Zunner is a great dentist. I've had some work done and I have the biggest dental phobia! He was so calm and gentle. Dr. Zunner is very particular about his work, but it sure is great when it is completed. His office staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is always happy. It is a nice combination of the Dr. and his staff. They make a great team! I am always referring friends and family to him. He is a Dr. that is generally concerned about his patients and the work he does.
He was rude, cruel, no bed side manners what so ever. I only went in for an extraction. He numb me and left for 25 mins, come to find out he went to take care of another patient, upon returning he numb me again twice and waited another 10 mins. He was really rough on me when trying to extract my tooth. He put 3- 4 stitches in my gums and when he put the needle in my gum I felt it and he said what wrong I told him I felt the needle and it hurt, and all he could say was " Well I dont know why it didnt numb and continue to sew ... read more
