Dr C-K had had 5 emergencies to squeeze in before our 3:20 appt - 2 retinal detachments and 3 retinal tears. My wife was seen about 6:15, reassured that the previous week's repair looked good, and told to come back in 4-6 weeks. I asked if we could make it on a day he was not on call. He dealt with us, as with his other patients, in a completely professional manner and did not stint time with anyone, which I applaud.
