When I called Brian Sikes roofing, Mr. Sikes drove out himself and went on my roof to measure for an estimate. He was one of only two roofers out of several, who actually noticed that our previous roof had shingles mistakenly installed on a low-sloped area that should have been covered with modified bitumen. Their roofing crews are top notch and their office employees are very personable. I would not hesitate to recommend this business, and have done so on numerous occasions.
I was in a situation due to a home sale and needed my roof repaired in a timely manner. I called two other companies and the soonest I could get an estimate was two weeks. I called BSR and they were able to get me an estimate in two days. The estimate was much less then what my neighbors were charged (Townhome) AND they did the repair the following week.
