Dr. Ziegler and staff are terrific. He takes the time to explain condition and doesn't rush to recommend surgery.
Dr. Ziegler came highly recommended, and after a visit with him, I was certain that my choice was absolutely correct. Not only did he listen to my concerns and answer my questions, he chose to dig deeper into issues instead of making assumptions. He has a great bedside manner, which is hard to find these days. The office staff is friendly and the nurses are well informed.

Doctor Ziegler explained my condition and the recommended treatment and explained every step of the way. With the injection to treat he explained how long it would take to be effective and if it did not help what the next steps would be. Fortunately the injection and brace worked to remove the pain and allow my thumb to move freely again. On my follow up visit the Doctor explained the length of time we hoped to have relief. When to call for any further followups.
The entire office staff is so nice. They are all very pleasant on the phone when gathering information and when you arrive, as well as Xray nurse and Dr. nurse. The best group of office woman I have ever come across . The Dr. is also very welcoming and friendly, explains everything so you can understand what your problem is and what the options are. all in all I would give Dr. Zieglar and his entire staff a 10. I wish every office would hire the same type of staff .
