Professional and caring staff. Having a colonoscopy isn't fun, but the staff and Dr.Lim put me at ease.
Dr Lim,s procedure was very satisfied and the nurse was very friendly but until the procedure processing by the front desk or front facility where the set up appointment was horrible , very un professional manner was practiced by there confusion with my appointment for procedure , some of front desk personnel was very push and rude .. need organize personnel at the front office very over flow personnel , they were sitting chatting loud and very un profession manners on that front office ..
