this is the first time in 25+ years that i didnt get a goodie bag with floss, toothpaste, tooth brush, etc. also wasn't happy that Brian did my teeth cleaning instead of the new dental hygienist. i mean, i made the appt 6 months ago and a bit curious why someone else was in her chair when it should have been me!
Upon moving to Concord over 30 years ago, Dr. Sheaff was recommended to me. His office was nearby so I gave him an opportunity to provide some care that I needed. He was absolutely the BEST most caring Dentist I had ever seen so I never looked elsewhere. I assure you that you too will receive the best of care, the most professional of service and will leave his office with the brightest of smiles.
Crystal is a great addition to the team. Very thorough and explained everything she did and why.
Always peasant to walk into the office. Staff is cheerful and knowledgeable. Hands were very gentle so nothing painful was experienced. Treated with respect and felt like they wanted me to be there. I never feel like just another patient.
Our family has been seeing Dr. Sheaff for many years. He provides excellent care. He and his staff are courteous and caring. Love his newer dental assistant, Kristel.
Our family has been patrons of Dr. Sheaff ever since he began his practice. A family member helped him get settled in the office and worked for him for many years. Hope he doesn't retire any time soon! Yea for Dr. Sheaff!!!
