John was great. I have an old house with a cellar door and steep stairs. First feat was finding a water tank that would fit, then getting the old one out and new one in. John found a tank in my budget, and together we got those tanks through. John was friendly and professional and the project turned out perfect.
I called John on Monday afternoon (left a message) when we realized our water heater wasn't working. He called me right back and was able to come over Tuesday morning to assess the issue (old tank ready to be replaced). He was able to acquire and install a new tank that day! And he was also willing to install two new exterior faucets while he was here. When our hot water tank stopped working in freezing temperatures, he showed up within 15 minutes and figured out the issue, John was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. He handled the situation with integrity and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Truly someone you can trust! I would absolutely call him again. Thank you!
Very friendly and proficient. Did his assessment on Saturday and installed a new hot water tank for me the next morning (Sunday). Afterwards showed me how to operate the controls, and tips for appropriate temperature settings for various hot water usage scenarios. He even checked and tightened nearby water valves for me. Fixed my leaky humidifier hose at no extra cost. The best service tech I have had over the years.
