John was great. I have an old house with a cellar door and steep stairs. First feat was finding a water tank that would fit, then getting the old one out and new one in. John found a tank in my budget, and together we got those tanks through. John was friendly and professional and the project turned out perfect.

I asked Brian to come check out what I thought was a plumbing leak. He was honest, thorough, efficient and easy to talk to. A great man! It ended up not being a plumbing leak but he still took the time walk me through what he was looking for and gave me advice on what to look out for the future reference. I learned a ton of new things from Brian and I would pay him again in heartbeat any time I have a plumbing issue in the future!

John was very accommodating when I had to reschedule him twice when my reno didn’t go as planned. Today he plumbed in an under mount sink, installed a dishwasher and brought water to a new area in the kitchen for a fridge with an ice maker. He didn’t rush, he explained what he was doing, and cleaned up after himself during and after the job. This is the second time he has done work for us, he replaced a sump last year. His professionalism and workmanship makes it a simple choice to call him for future jobs. Thanks John!

I set-up an appointment with John to come yesterday and I accidentally had my ringer turned off and missed him as he travelled all the way to our condo….. After apologizing profusely to John he was willing and able to come back today to hook up our natural gas bbq to our gas outlet. John is absolutely excellent. He arrived early and made quick work of changing out our bbq’s flexible gas line and connected that to the quick connector outlet and to the condo’s gas line. John was absolutely fantastic. Timely, efficient, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I needed my hot water tank replaced, not only did he do that but he took the time to explain how to use it so it is most efficient. He was extremely clean and so friendly. I would highly recommend John and if I ever need any help with anything else will call on him without hesitation.
