During a period of heavy rainfall, we discovered that our sump pump had failed. John came to the rescue quickly, installed a new pump, and helped save us from a flooded basement. He was friendly, professional, efficient, and took the time to share his knowledge throughout the process. We really appreciated his expertise and excellent service. Thanks so much, John!

We needed a new hot water tank and hired John to do the swap. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the entire process- from choosing the right replacement tank, to pointing out features and things to monitor to help keep it optimal. Punctual, really nice work, and great price. We will definitely keep John in mind for future plumbing and heating needs!!!

John was great. I have an old house with a cellar door and steep stairs. First feat was finding a water tank that would fit, then getting the old one out and new one in. John found a tank in my budget, and together we got those tanks through. John was friendly and professional and the project turned out perfect.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink and he came quickly to replace both basket strainers. He was professional, efficient, and explained everything clearly so we understood exactly what was going on. We are renovating our washroom and ask John to come over to our house to check if he can help us, He came right away and he knows already how to fix our problem. He is very professional, friendly, fast and reliable. Highly Recommended! So lucky to have a neighbor like John.
