Rushed, no empathy, ordered an MRI but 7 days later they still hadn't submitted it to my insurance for a prior approval, I had to get my pcp involved. They took care of it in 1 day. I am still in severe pain and he gave me the weakest muscle relaxer and gabapentin. That's it. Next appointment is in NOVEMBER. I had spinal injections last year that did nothing but give me a headache. It's like he thinks I'm an addict or something. I just want relief!
Nice but needs to spend alittle more time with me ans here me out on some of my problems...and help me put with my pain if he can
The staff makes me feel comfortable, in reception I received an excellent treatment and my questions were answered right away. 🤗
