I like Dr. McBreen, but their phone staff will likely put you on hold for a half an hour or more. Good luck calling them.

It looks like he has appointments every 15 minutes. He spends more time documenting on his computer than he does with the patient. After the appointment I tried twice to get my prescription but it wasn’t at the pharmacy. I called on a Monday to the doctors office, during office hours and let the phone ring for more than 30 minutes. No one answered. I called the next day and they said the doctor had not called in the prescription but they would ask him to send it.

I’m a long standing patient and his clinical administrative assistant are very unprofessional. I have medical issues which was handle poorly by the clinical administrative assistants. Incorrect information was not rely to the medical team so my appointment was canceled. I called the office so many times when my appointment was due and no answer. I still need to speak to MD, but been brush off.
