I paid $2,730 for a cosmetic procedure that did not meet my expectations. After expressing my concerns, I was initially told a refund would be issued, but it was later withdrawn. I was disappointed by the overall handling of the situation and the lack of resolution. I would encourage anyone considering this office to make sure they fully understand the policies before committing.

Dr. Maloney and staff are extremely attentive each and every time I go to the office. I had facial surgery and was so happy with my results that my husband followed in my path. His staff are super sweet and knowledgeable and make you feel like family. I have referred Dr. Maloney to family and friends with high marks. His demeanor and bedside manner are excellent as well as his surgical technique. Bonus, I have never had to sit in his waiting room for more than a minute or two for an appointment!!!!

So I lost over 70 lbs. I had a terrible turkey gobbler hanging down. My upper eye lids were sagging. I went to see Dr. Maloney about it.Dr. Maloney went over everything in depth with me about the procedure. I had blood work and my doctors were contacted giving me the all clear before the procedure. My second visit to Dr Maloney was more than I expected. Dr Maloney spent lots of time explaining the procedure, took extra measures for my comfort producing an excellent outcome. Dr Maloney and his staff, especially Sunny, are warm, friendly and efficient. All traits I seek in my medical care. I highly recommend his office for your needs.

The staff and Dr. Maloney are’s so friendly and always run on time is another big plus. They make me feel like they are always glad to see me. And he always does a great job.

I had a very positive, informative, warm visit from the time I was welcomed at the door by a caring office staff until i was walking out and every bit of it was genuinely focused on what I wanted. They all really listened to me. My appointment moved smoothly and quickly from check in to consultation to procedures with no wait time between. Professional, kind, and expert at what he does. Everyone at this practice goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, valued and heard. The bedside manner throughout the process from consultation to procedure to healing is incredible. I was referred to Dr. Maloney from one of his peers in the industry, and I am very grateful. Include this practice in your research stage before making a decision to work with anyone else. Highly recommend!
