Brian is really responsive about our new home, he provided the custom filter based on your preference to find your dream home. Brian also given so much advice for me as the first time home buyer, what you should pay attention to, what kind of cost you should expect on certain things, he is not only give you the options to pick but also give suggestions. This was our fourth transaction with Brian, he helped us buy our houses and also sell them. He helped us get the maximum value out of each transaction. For our most recent one we are out of state and Brian walked us through each step from making the necessary updates to the house which would bring in more value and helped us get the best rate that aligns with our goals. Will definitely recommend him for anyone in a heart beat. Will be using him in the future if we ever plan to move into DMV area.
