I have have seen Dr. Machler twice. At my second appointment, he removed a very large cyst that was located in my left cheek, just below my eye. Years earlier, another doctor had tried to remove it, but it grew back. Now, it was much larger& no one was willing to remove it. Doctors told me it was too close to my eye and would leave a very large scar. Dr. Machler removed it in just a few minutes in his office. I have a tiny scar and it never grew back.

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Was this dermatologist's staff friendly? Yes Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment.
