Dr. Machler is an amazing and caring physician. I and my family have been going to him for years. He has diagnosed allergies, rashes, biopsied suspicious moles, and has gotten us all to wear sunblock with zinc! My mother asked me to take her to him because she felt her dermatologist (in another state) wasn't really paying attention to her and she was right. Dr. M found a tiny pre cancerous mole at the edge of her nose! Thank you! He is also great with Botox!
Dr. Machler is extremely knowledgeable and an outstanding physician. He is passionate about his practice and seems to take the time with all patients to talk through their concerns, explain procedures thoroughly and to make them feel at ease. My family and friends are very satisfied and we recommend Dr Machler's office to everyone.
Dr. Machler is a thorough doctor with great bedside manner. He follows up and truly cares. He also double and triple checks everything, you never feel rushed like your just the next number. I am so grateful for his care.
Dr. Machler is rude and arrogant. He is incapable of accepting responsibility or apologizing for an error, preferring instead to divert blame and attack the patient, including interrupting and hanging up repeatedly. His nurse failed to timely prepare and submit a prior authorization form for medication and, according to the carrier, she also used the wrong form, causing even more delay. If an issue ever arises, his immediate instinct is to attack the patient. He is an aggressive bully.
Dr. Machler is so easy and accessible. He has a lovely way of putting you at ease especially when you are freaked out by spots you see on yourself. He takes his time with you and asks the right questions which maximizes both his and my time--we're all so busy. It is easy to make an appointment and his staff is always smiling and that speaks to the way he runs his practice. I unhesitatingly recommend Brian Machler, MD!
Dr. Machler takes the time to sit with you (in his office) and takes your history after it has been logged into his database and actually speaks to you. Then you get a thorough exam and he speaks to you throughout the procedure putting you right at ease. He's got a great bedside manor as well. The staff is pleasant, friendly and professional. The entire experience was great.

I have have seen Dr. Machler twice. At my second appointment, he removed a very large cyst that was located in my left cheek, just below my eye. Years earlier, another doctor had tried to remove it, but it grew back. Now, it was much larger& no one was willing to remove it. Doctors told me it was too close to my eye and would leave a very large scar. Dr. Machler removed it in just a few minutes in his office. I have a tiny scar and it never grew back.
