I had my first appointment with Dr. Wolpaw last week. I have a complex medical history with multiple issues that require referrals for management. As I was trying to share my history and make requests, he was dismissive of anything I brought up and requests for referrals to establish care in CT were met with negative feedback "I don't know what they'll do for you", he interrupted me throughout my answers to his questions. Does not listen and is condescending ; he is not open to discussing other points of views, even when it is out of his scope of expertise. Rude and if you are female who does not like to be spoken down to and have information mansplained (inaccurately), avoid!!
On time; very efficient visit with a physician in whom I have great confidence. However the physician wants to follow me every 6 months yet the office could not schedule a follow up for the next 10 months. I also have a relative who had a scheduled appointment and the office refused to see him when he arrived because of some scheduling error the office made.
Receptionist and nurse were welcoming and supportive. Nurse shared the information that Dr. Norberg was leaving, and that she would help to make the transition to a new doctor easy. Sadly, when Dr. Norberg came in she said nothing about that. I had been looking forward to this appointment because I was eager to discuss some weight goals we had made. Dr. Norberg listens to all concerns. She is thorough, takes her time to fully understand what is going on with my health and recommends next steps and follows through. Never feel rushed in any appointment with her.
Dr Tauro is very patient, listens and does whatever he can to help his patients
Dr. C did an amazing job on my breast reduction. I was literally in and out of every appointment since he was always straight to the point. Going in to surgery he was very pleasant as well, basically hushing me to sleep lol I would definitely recommend again and again. My breast look amazing and are exactly how I wanted them.
Great thorough cardiologist.
